		Cross Stitch Kits and Charts - Welcome to AppleCross Designs, located in Great Village, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been doing various kinds of needlework for the past 30 years, particularly counted cross-stitch. AppleCross Designs is proud to provide complete quality cross stitch kits that have everything you need to work on your project on the road as well as at home. The kits include 100% cotton 14-count aida cloth, 100% cotton Anchor floss, a #24 embroidery needle, and instructions in both English and French. All of the above comes in a zip-lock bag so you can keep your project together while you work on it. The fabric is three inches larger than the design all the way around, which allows for lots of room for matting and framing, pillows, or other finishing options. I am pleased to provide a wide range of patterns depicting historical Nova Scotia locations, traditional quilt patterns, and several flower designs. There are three Evangeline Acadian patterns available – Evangeline at the Well, Evangeline at the Hearth, and Evangeline at the Spinning Wheel - all based on the designs by Les Femmes Acadiennes de Clare. A portion of the proceeds from each kit sold goes to support Les Femmes Acadiennes, the Acadian heritage of Nova Scotia. Copies of some of my designs appear on this website.
